Ferry the short distance to Jacobs Point Park, just two miles away, offering hiking trails, and wildlife viewing of orcas, seals, and eagles. A short walk from your home, you can kayak, swim, or fish for trout at Josephine Lake. The Riviera Community Club is also within walking distance and has a beautiful golf course and a clubhouse with dining options.

Guest Access:
Please be aware that the driveway is quite steep. Please do not take a running start or accelerate aggressively when approaching it. The best approach is to take it slowly and accelerate gradually all the way to the top.
Aggressive driving can damage the driveway. Any damage caused by aggressive driving will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
