With Charles Bridge just a 2-minute walk away, it offers an exceptional base for exploring the city while enjoying the comfort of a well-equipped private home.
The building itself adds to the unique atmosphere of the stay, with beautiful old artworks and decorative elements throughout the common areas, giving a glimpse of Prague’s artistic character from the moment you enter.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, together with a comfortable living area. The spacious sofa, measuring 120 × 263 cm, can also be used as an additional sleeping space for one guest. The living room also features a TV for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and there is a separate toilet on this floor for added convenience.
Upstairs, the apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and toilet, creating a private and peaceful space to unwind.

The location is one of the apartment’s biggest highlights. You will be staying right in the middle of Malá Strana, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops and beautiful streets full of Prague atmosphere. Public transportation connections are also excellent, making it easy to reach other parts of the city.

Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €85 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 300 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
