Perched on the top floor of Eagle Springs West, this beautifully appointed two-bedroom condo offers one of the most elevated stays in Solitude Village, with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, generous living spaces, two private balconies, and gorgeous views across the village.

Designed to sleep ten guests, the condo features two king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, a spacious living room with gas fireplace, a separate den with 4 twin bunk beds, custom kitchen finishes, in-unit laundry, and access to both Club Solitude and the Eagle Springs West community hot tub. Apex Express Lift is only a few minutes away on foot, making this an exceptional home base in every season.

Property Update
The condo is currently being thoughtfully redecorated and lightly remodeled in preparation for the upcoming season. Two twin bunk beds will occupy the current den space. New photography is planned for late fall or early winter and will be added as soon as the updates are complete.

Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.

One underground garage parking space is included with the reservation. Additional parking is not guaranteed and may require use of a nearby paid public lot.

The Space
This top-floor condo stands out for its spacious layout, vaulted ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and thoughtful separation between gathering and sleeping areas.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area create an inviting central space, while the separate den makes the perfect shared space with bunk beds. Two king suites, soon to be three full bathrooms, and multiple outdoor spaces make the condo especially comfortable for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry and countertops along with the cookware, dishes, utensils, appliances, and essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The dining table seats six guests and creates a comfortable space for shared meals, games, or leisurely breakfasts before heading out to the mountain.

Primary King Suite
The spacious primary bedroom features a King bed, hardwood floors, access to the main balcony, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a double vanity.

Guest King Suite
The second private bedroom includes a King bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and access to its own separate private balcony.

Half Bathroom
An additional half bathroom serves the common living areas, making the condo especially convenient when multiple guests are staying together. Upgrades will convert this half bath into a full bathroom before winter season 2026-2027.

Main Balcony
The large main balcony extends the living space outdoors and offers views across Solitude Village.
During warmer months, it’s an inviting place for morning coffee, fresh mountain air, or relaxing after hiking and biking.
Balcony access, furniture, and outdoor use may be limited during periods of heavy snowfall or severe weather.

Laundry
A full-size front-loading washer and dryer are located inside the condo for guest use, making the property especially convenient for ski trips, families, and longer stays.

Eagle Springs West Community Hot Tub
Eagle Springs West includes a community hot tub for guests of the building.
It provides a convenient place to unwind after skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Big Cottonwood Canyon.

Club Solitude Amenities
Guests receive access to Club Solitude, located in Solitude Village. Amenities include:

In winter, the convenient location allows guests to park once and walk to skiing, dining, and village amenities. During warmer months, Solitude offers hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, scenic chairlift rides, wildflowers, and seasonal events.

Walking times and access conditions may vary depending on snowfall, weather, resort operations, and individual mobility.
