The Space:

The gorgeous Venus Luxury Condos are newly remodeled that started in January of this year with a new property management team and 5 star luxury cleaning service. The goal was to create an industrial and sheek environment that truly focused on health and wellness. Life is busy and life is loud.. We wanted to take the beautiful property of Venus and make it stand out differently. We do this in the following ways:



1. Guests receive a welcome basket filled with spa-like goodies from local craftsmen including:

Sugar scrubs, body butters, and shower steamers.. All plant based and completely natural. Facial and eye masks.



2. Guests also receive a free 1 hour , private, hot springs jacuzzi session overlooking a serene lake in North Caroline. just 1.5 hours away. Enjoy the incredible Hot Springs Mineral Bath featuring a natural hot spring that has been in use since 1776. The experience is just for your reservation and accomodates up to 2 adults. Kids 12 and under are free. The Private Spa only accomodates 5 people at one time and can be used during daytime business hours before 6pm. For an additional fee, guests can attend an evening session or add additional adults to the reservation. This is not a walk in experience. Guest must book prior to going to Hot Springs. Guests who cancel their reservation before arrival will automatically have a canceled booked reservation at Hot Springs. This is a unique experience that many have never experienced before. With that in mind, it is important to arrive on time for your set appointment.



Backyard games are communal and available for all Venus Resort guests. This includes a propane fire pit, soccer pool. ( a pool table that uses soccer balls), badminton, pickle ball, volley ball, and cornhole, grill with propane. Guests are asked to return the equipment to the lobby and turn off the propane when not in use. Guests are more than welcome to roast smores over the fire pit. We just ask that marshmellows not be allowed to melt onto the rocks surrounding the flames.



Aromatherapy diffusers with essential, sound machine, towel warmer, infrared sauna w/Blue tooth, Electric fireplaces in every room, Massage chair in the King Suite.

The King Master Suite features a brand new King-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, sconces, electric fireplace, huge walk in closet with full length mirror, towel warmer, and on suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks. Large and brand new 50 inch smart t.v.



The Queen bedroom features the Queen bedroom, nightstand, walk in closet, electric fireplace, and brand new 50 inch smart t.v.



The Living room features a genuine leather couch and sofa. The couch folds out into a queen sleeper. Electric fireplace, large flat screen t.v., and cozy blankets.



There is a cozy rest and recharge area for the kids featuring an arcade machine, cloud couch that folds out into a full size bed ( so comfortable ), nightstand with charging station, and wall game of Scrabble.



The dining room is set up to sit 6 people but you can add the leaf to the table to sit 8 people. The bar top area has 3 barstools and there is a cocktail bar set up for the designated bartender of the group.



The Kitchen is very large and has ample space to cook a full five course meal and includes a pantry.



High Speed wifi provided. Guests can log into their own favorite platforms and watch what they want.



Condos are located off of Traffic Light #3 in Gatlinburg and is 1 mile from the Downtown Gatlinburg Strip, Anakeesta, the Aquarium, and Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. 7 miles from Pigeon Forge, and 10 miles to Dollywood. Condos are within a 2 minute distance to the Arts and Crafts Trail of Gatlinburg and Rocky Top Sports World. If you are here for a convention at Gatlinburg National Convention, you are about a 5 minute drive.





The condos are one level and a part of a 4 story building. There are 22 altogether and they are around 1250 square feet for each unit and identical. Some decorations vary and the units mirror each other. Decorations only vary in style, but not quality. There is an elevator for ease of access to each unit, and a covered parking garage. It's flat throughout the condominium area. The drive to the condos is a little narrow and winding but not to the extreme where it is overwhelming. In Winter, the roads are part of the City of Gatlinburg and a treated area.



5 star luxury cleaning team, maintenance, and pest control take care of our properties.

Central Heat and Air.



Guests are given access to a local Resort Pool only 5 minutes from the condos. Pool is open from May through September. The Gatlinburg Recreation Center is also 5 minutes away and features a state-of-the art indoor swimming pool, fitness center, basketball and racquetball courts, and bowling alley. Guests can access these amenities all year long for a minimal daily entrance fee.



We are a very active black bear area so please make sure and lock your vehicles at night before heading up and dispose of your trash properly. We also have turkeys, rabbits, and deer that frequent the back yard of the condominiums. There is nothing like watching an isolated rain storm over Mount Leconte or the sunset from the balcony at Venus.



The patios at Venus feature a patio sectional and solar lighting.



Guest Access:

Full access to the Unit. 23 units, 4 floors, One level units with Elevator Access and Covered Parking Garage. 1 mile from Downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, The Gatlinburg Convention Center, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.

Access to Resort Pool during the Summer until we build out our own pool. Up to $1100 in Free attraction tickets daily.



The Neighborhood:

Peaceful and Quiet.. Only the condominium. The road leading up to the condominium is off of Traffic Light #3. It does wind and elevate in some parts, but is not a hard drive nor a long drive. Roads are safe and treated in winter as it is a part of the City of Gatlinburg.

Guests truly won't know they are in a condo as there is ample space and privacy. Truly an incredible view and atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Covered Parking Garage. Please no more than two vehicles. Please talk with the host about other parking arrangements if more than 2 vehicles. Once all 23 units are opened, there will only be space for 1 vehicle. Just check with host about your traveling needs.



Other Things to Note:

Guests receive one complimentary ticket to each attraction listed free every day of their stay. This is not for every single guest in your group. This is only one ticket per attraction daily. Some attractions only operate during season. Additional tickets for guests in your party can be booked through your ticket link. Your ticket link will be emailed to you.



Interaction with Guests:

Host lives locally (just a few minutes down the road) and loves Gatlinburg. Knows all the sweet spots and is happy to answer any question. Host prefers to communicate through the Airbnb App.
