This property can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making it
perfect for a small family or group of friends. The kitchen features a

such as an oven, gas stove, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle. Perfect
for a convenient self-catering stay. Just off the kitchen, guests will
find a cosy, sunny lounge area. The lounge has ample, comfortable

light to flood into the room. Internet access is available throughout
the property.

a fire in the background, regardless of the weather.

The main bedroom is a spacious room that is furnished with a queen-size
bed and a wardrobe that provides ample storage space. It also features
an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet, and
washbasin. The second bedroom contains two single beds with a shared
nightstand, making it suitable for two children. The property features
a second shared bathroom also containing a shower, washbasin, and
toilet. Fresh linen and towels will be provided for your stay.

beach, so guests can enjoy the best aspects of coastal living without
having to sacrifice convenience. Guests will also be able to enjoy an

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Wildflower Estate, Strand St, Mykonos, Langebaan, 7375.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
