🏠House Rules

Our house rules help ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, and respect for our neighbors and community. By booking this home, guests agree to all rules below. Documented violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund, as well as applicable fees.

1. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
2. No loud noises or music between quiet hours of 9 PM – 8 AM. Please keep the noise to a minimum during regular hours. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
3. No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
4. No extra overnight guests are allowed other than what is stated in the reservation. Violation will result in a $200 charge per person, per night and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
5. Please respect the property and furnishings. Do not move furniture without approval. Guests are responsible for cleaning or replacement costs resulting from any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
6. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home, or outside near windows or doors. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 cleaning/deodorization fee.
7. No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
8. Vehicle owners are responsible for reading and following all posted street signs. The host is not liable for parking tickets or legal violations.
9. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property. Food deliveries via Uber Eats/DoorDash are okay.
10. Flush toilet paper only. No "flushable wipes", paper towels, feminine items, etc. Guests will be charged $600 if a plumber is needed to snake the main line if clogged.
11. No unplugging electronics like TVs, wifi, lamps, security cameras, etc.
12. No bag storage before check-in.
13. Use outdoor areas responsibly. Fire pit must be attended at all times while flame is active and House Manual guidelines must be followed for fire pit use. Outside grills or equipment are not permitted.
14. Dispose of trash properly. Excessive mess or spills may result in additional cleaning charges.
15. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced. Late check-out without approval may incur additional charges.
16. No illegal activity of any kind. Violations will be reported to authorities.
17. Report any damages to us immediately.
18. Exterior security cameras are in use for safety and compliance (no interior cameras). Tampering with or disabling security devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
19. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and may be required to provide government-issued ID prior to check-in.
