You will stay in a charming tiny cottage located behind our farmhouse.

We are located in the heart of Indian Trail, NC near Hwy 485 outer belt. This location is easy and convenient travel to center city Charlotte, shopping, dining and area attractions.

This is a one room tiny cottage with a bathroom. There is a small deck on the back of the cottage if you would like to sit or eat outside. There is also a cozy chair on the front porch. We are still working on the landscaping so bear with us on that.

There is a lit pathway to the cottage but please note you will have to walk across gravel and stepping stones. There are three steps up to the cottage.

Guests will enjoy a double bed, a dinette, a kitchenette with microwave, full size refrigerator, hot plate for cooking, toaster, electric skillet and coffee pot. The kitchen will be stocked with pots, pans, and utensils if you want to prepare a meal. Plates and cups are also provided. Many restaurants and grocery stores are very close by.

Bathroom includes toilet, a standup shower and large sink. We provide towels and washcloths for your stay. We also provide soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer.

Clothes may be hung on the provided peg shelf by the bed.
