There are frequent activities at nearby Roloff Park, around one-half mile away, and the Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge is around 12 miles away.



At home, spend time relaxing in the screened patio with coffee each morning while the kids play in the huge yard. Turn on the twinkly lights strung from the patio pergola outside each evening and host a family cookout on the grill. Inside, you’ll find a one-level living space designed for comfort and togetherness. The full, open kitchen flows into the dining area and family room, so everyone can relax together while the chef makes mealtime magic.



Just around the corner, the den features a comfortable futon and dedicated desk space, sure to be a hit with any remote workers in the group.
