Boat trailer parking and washdown area, as well as a fish cleaning station, are available on the property. Whether it’s the beaches, fishing, bird watching, or just relaxing that brings you to North Padre Island, you will love this property.
The well-equipped kitchen has a smokeless grill, dishwasher, and a convenient coffee bar with Keurig for brewing either K-cup or ground. Comfortable seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome your casual downtime in the living room between outings. Two of the bedrooms include a TV for added flexibility. All three bedrooms feature access to a balcony. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and washer/dryer on the property.
