This townhouse is spacious and sun-filled. The clean lines, modern updates, and attached screened porch make this condo feel so much bigger. The main floor has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bathroom.

The second floor offers bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. This condo is within a great community for the whole family with a stunning sandy beach, a tennis court, a basketball court, and two pools.
