'Epona' is situated in the picturesque Waiwhero valley, 15mins from Motueka township the gateway to the world famous Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks.
'Epona' features country living at its best, with all day sun and open plan living, kitchen and dining rooms. Bi-fold doors from the lounge open to a expansive deck of 36m2 with views out over fruit trees and rolling pastures. Horses graze peacefully near by and the creek bubbles quietly. Enjoy an evening wine and BBQ on the deck whilst the summer sun sinks slowly in the west or enjoy a peaceful relaxing soak in the outdoor 2-person spa bath situated next to the deck.
'Epona' features a large master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe, along with 2 smaller bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds, and a seperate main bathroom. There are laundry facilities, including a clothes dryer. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped. Along with free WiFi, a large screen, surround sound, DVD player, Apple TV and Netflix available. Enjoy your morning coffee from the covered verandah on the east side of the house and listen to the amazing bird song.
For those hot summer days the tranquil Motueka river is just 2mins drive away, or the golden sand beaches of the Abel Tasman are 30mins drive away.
Relax in the peace and quiet of this country retreat and let the worries of the world melt away.

A great place to spend a relaxing 5 days with adult children after busy holiday.
It is spacious and private with nice deck/table with umbrella, grill and 2 bathrooms.
Expresso machine and use of washing machine a bonus.
A few things would have made it more comfortable for us like fans and curtains in every bedroom and a microwave. It was hot and hard to find enough shade or sleep well.
Kitchen had most everything just not enough as we ate all meals here every day. Easy drive, but had to go to motueka if you needed anything.
The owner was clear that you Must not mind animals if you stay here.
Very clear instructions and nice welcome package.
Beautiful country side to drive or bike.
