Welcome to The Color House - a spacious, unforgettable Dallas stay where every room has its own personality. This private 6-bedroom, 4-bath home gives families, friends, and work groups plenty of room to relax and reconnect, with a full kitchen, inviting gathering spaces, a dedicated office, and convenient parking. Bold, playful, and full of character, it’s more than a place to sleep - it’s part of the Dallas experience.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
- SMOKING -
No smoking inside the property
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.
Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you`re booking through and local authorities.
- USD $750 fine for violation -
- The lands keeper will go once a week -
- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes but not inside the house to keep your privacy.
- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will become non-refundable.
- This home has a common area. You may see small wildlife in the common area and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (I.e. spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them as we work very hard to keep the house clean and have monthly pest/bug control.
