| A NOTE ABOUT THE HOME |
The ’63 Ag House was created to celebrate the character and spirit of College Station in a home originally built in 1963. The design intentionally pairs the home's mid-century roots with modern updates and comfortable, elevated furnishings. We have themed the property to celebrate the transformative period of the early 1960's and hope you will find the context and history we have provided to be both comfortable and educational.
It's a place to gather, relax, reconnect, and experience Aggieland from a home with a little more personality.
| SECURITY |
For guest and property security, a video doorbell camera is located at the front entry and faces outward toward the front door and entry area. It does not monitor or record any interior spaces.
No interior security cameras, listening devices or recording devices are used in the home or backyard.
We utilize smart home technologies to provide a worry free stay and easy check in. You will find a smart lock connected home device plugged in to the outlet in the living room which enables the smart lock (we ask that it remained plugged in).
We also utilize a connected Nest thermostat to monitor the home heating and cooling system, adjust the temperature prior to your arrival and post departure. We do NOT utilize these services while you are enjoying your stay.
