Imagine finishing a day exploring the island and returning to a home where everyone has their own space, where meals become moments of sharing and where different indoor and outdoor environments invite you to make the most of each moment at your own pace.



Upon entering, you will find a spacious and bright living room, carefully decorated in shades of blue and silver, an elegant combination that inspired the very name Polaris. The décor gives the space a modern and distinctive personality, where every detail has been thought through to provide comfort. It is the ideal place to relax on the sofa, chat, watch television or simply gather everyone after a day of adventures.



Also on this floor, you will find two fully equipped kitchens. One of them was specially designed as a support kitchen for the barbecue area and outdoor dining area, making moments of socialising even more practical and pleasant.



The outdoor dining area, entirely glazed, is perfect for gathering everyone at the table and enjoying plenty of natural light and a pleasant connection to the outside.



On this floor there is also access to one of the double bedrooms, accompanied by one of the bathrooms with shower, as well as a guest bathroom and a laundry area equipped with facilities.



Going up to the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, private bathroom with shower and access to a balcony with sea views — a perfect space to start the day or simply appreciate the landscape.



The second bedroom on this floor has two single beds and also has a private bathroom with shower, making it an excellent option for children, family members or friends travelling together.



But it is still on this floor that one of the greatest treasures of Villa Polaris is found. From the external veranda, you will have access to a small terrace that reveals one of the most special characteristics of the house: a 360º panoramic view over Funchal.



Here, the landscape changes with each direction. On one side, the mountains that surround the city; on the other, the blue of the Atlantic; and, in front of you, the magnificent bay of Funchal. A truly privileged place to contemplate the city and the ocean and, during New Year's Eve, enjoy an absolutely special perspective on the famous fireworks display.



Villa Polaris by Homie is an excellent choice for those seeking a complete, spacious and comfortable dwelling, with different spaces to share, rest and experience the island in good company.



Currently, renovation works and construction of new dwellings in the vicinity are underway. During daytime hours, there may be some periods of noise associated with the works.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover costs of repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning.
