Welcome to our thoughtfully restored historic home in the heart of Cleveland Heights, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. We’ve carefully renovated the space while preserving its original character, blending historic charm with modern comfort.
Enjoy 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom/workspace, and a fun game room with foosball, shuffleboard with mini bowling, and a selection of board games.
This spacious private home occupies one side of a beautifully restored historic Cleveland Heights duplex. We’ve thoughtfully updated the property while keeping the architectural details and character that make these older Cleveland homes special.
The home offers plenty of room for families, friends, business travelers, medical stays, and groups of up to 12 guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
Primary bedroom: California King bed + day bed (up to 3 guests) + TV
Bedroom 2: King bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: King bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed for up to 2 guests
Bedroom 5: Queen bed, ideal for 1 guest and can accommodate up to 2
Additional sofa bed: Extra sleeping space available

Spacious main living room with comfortable seating
Dining table with seating for up to 10 guests
Kitchen island with 4 bar stools
Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home

This is a historic home and, as an older property, may have some minor imperfections that are normal and part of its character. It does not have central A/C throughout the property. Cooling is provided by split A/C and window A/C units in select areas. Fans are available on the premises or can be provided upon request for additional comfort.
The property is multi-level, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.
A baby crib is available upon advance request. Please message us before arrival so we have time to arrange it.
As this is one side of a duplex, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of the neighboring residence and keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly during nighttime hours.
