Just 300 meters from Winterberg's market square and within easy walking distance of the ski area, the apartment is an ideal base for a varied stay in the Sauerland region.

This bright and cozy 53 m² apartment for up to four people is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable seating area with a TV and direct access to the large balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture outside of the winter season. A sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for a third and fourth person.

The open-plan and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table offers plenty of room for shared meals and cozy evenings.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a second TV. Blackout curtains ensure a pleasantly darkened bedroom.


The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. A special highlight awaits you in the spacious bathroom: The infrared sauna for two invites you to relax after a long day of skiing, hiking, or cycling. A convenient washer-dryer is also available.

Your skis, ski boots, sleds, or bicycles can be easily stored in the apartment's basement storage room. A lockable bicycle shed is also available in front of the building.

A free, covered carport parking space is included with the apartment.

The central location makes the apartment an ideal base in every season. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and Winterberg's market square are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, you can quickly reach the ski slopes and numerous leisure activities around Winterberg.

In winter, skiing, snowboarding, and tobogganing await you, while in spring and summer, the region delights with hiking trails, mountain bike routes, and the beautiful landscape of the Hochsauerland.

Good to know: For insurance reasons, the wood-burning stove in the apartment may not be used.
