It opens into the dining area, so the cook never misses the conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped for real meals, with full-size appliances, a proper fridge, and counter space to spread out. Two bedrooms, two moods: one warm and bold, one cool and calm, both set up for a great night of sleep. The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower to rinse off the salt and sand. Outside, the pool is the star, a generous swimming pool framed by tall palms with loungers to stretch out on. The complex sits up where you can catch ocean views and that golden evening light. You are about a five-minute walk from the sand and close to the restaurants, cafes, beach bars, and shops that make Coco so easy to love.



⚠️ HOA FINE REMINDERS ⚠️ To avoid paying a $100 USD fine: • Do NOT park more than one vehicle in the lot at ANY given time. This includes golf carts. • Do NOT double park, parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. • Do NOT hang towels or clothing on FRONT railings or chairs. Use the drying rack inside or the BACK patio. Free parking is available, however only ONE (1) space may be used by this unit in the complex at any given time per the HOA rules. For any additional vehicles including golf carts, street parking is allowed on the road in front of the complex. Drying clothes or towels outside on the front of the unit (for example on railings or chairs) is not allowed at all by the HOA. Please use the drying rack provided to dry any clothing or towels inside the unit or on the REAR patio, which is permitted. The HOA levies a $100 fine for any of these violations, which will be passed onto the violating guest. (The HOA is very strict and diligent.) No smoking indoors. Community quiet time is from 9pm - 8am daily. The pool is open from 8am to 9pm daily. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please do NOT feed the local wildlife or stray cats. Towels and linens are inventoried before and after each check in. Guests choosing to keep any towels or linens will be charged for their replacement. No unregistered guests overnight, the maximum overnight guests this unit can accommodate is four (4). Please turn off A/C if doors/windows are open or you're not home. Most importantly, have a wonderful time!
