Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled as well as many other recent updates throughout. With a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, and a convenient location near local attractions like golf, cycling, and shopping, this cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.



Guest Access:

Guests at the Groovy View Cabin have full and exclusive access to the entire single level home. You will enjoy complete privacy in two comfortable bedrooms, featuring a king and a queen bed, as well as a fully remodeled master bathroom. The interior space includes a cozy living area with an indoor fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining area for your meals. Step outside to your private covered porch or balcony, where you can take in the fresh mountain air and scenic views.

Nestled on the edge of Ruidoso, the Groovy View Cabin offers an ideal base for your mountain escape. You will be perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the area, with local golf courses and scenic cycling paths just a short five to ten minute drive away. The charming village center, filled with unique local shops, boutiques, and diverse dining options, is also easily accessible within a ten minute drive. Whether you are looking to explore local museums, head out for a day of horseback riding, or simply take in the breathtaking mountain views, you are never far from the action while enjoying the tranquility of your private retreat.

Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable stay at Groovy View Cabin, please note that check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is by 11:00 AM. A completed vacation rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. This is a non smoking property and indoor smoking will result in a minimum 250 dollar fine. Please respect the village quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in good condition, including washing dishes and taking trash to the dumpster, or a minimum 50 dollar cleaning fee may apply. Pets are allowed with prior approval and applicable charges; please ensure they are leashed when outside. Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited. A vehicle is required for transportation in this area. Our office is available for assistance from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, closed on Christmas.
