Enjoy a comfortable stay in this 49 m² ground-floor apartment in a two-storey building, close to Ruka centre in Kuusamo. Built in 2007, the apartment opens onto a balcony with views over Lake Talvijärvi and offers a private electric sauna and a fireplace for relaxing evenings after a day outdoors. It suits families and outdoor enthusiasts, accommodating 4 + 1 guests, with the maintained ski tracks of the Ruka Stadium area only 100 m away, the nearest slope 500 m away, and a grocery store and a restaurant within 400 m.
The apartment is laid out on a single ground floor, with an open-plan kitchen and living area and two bedrooms.
Living room & Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen and living area features a fireplace, a comfortable corner sofa with a television, and a dining table seating six. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave, along with kitchen utensils and tableware. A mobile 4G router provides the internet connection, with download speeds of up to 200 Mbps.
Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed - sleeping four guests, plus one extra bed.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom facilities include two indoor toilets and a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothes. Directly connected is your own private electric sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
Outdoor area: Step out onto the balcony to take in the views over Lake Talvijärvi, only 100 m from the apartment. Parking is included, with one car heating plug outlet, and a woodshed with firewood is available for the fireplace. The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and the property is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.
