• 45 min from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)

The community is gated with 24/7 security.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS

Cresta del Mar is a residential gated community. Please be respectful of neighbors,

especially after 10pm.

POOL & PICKLEBALL

The pool is heated. The pickleball court is available at all times.

PETS & SMOKING

No pets. No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted on outdoor terrace



External Vendors:

To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, outside vendors are not permitted on the property. Our concierge team will be happy to arrange trusted professionals for any services you may need.



Community Access:

This villa is located within a private residential community. Guests will be required to present valid photo ID and sign the community rules upon arrival for access. Please contact us prior to arrival if you would like to review the community guidelines.



Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included.
