Summary:

Snapper Beach House is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Olde Florida cottage in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, sleeping 12 plus up to 2 well behaved dogs. A king master suite, two queen guest suites, a bunk room with two twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa give everyone a place to land. Enjoy the community pool and patio dining, plus neighborhood beach access just 0.3 miles away with no need to cross 30A. A pet fee of $300 is required post-booking to bring pets, but covers up to two dogs



The Space:

Two stories of relaxed coastal style, with a fresh blue and green palette and an easy flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at the counter, so big family meals are simple.

Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home to themselves, along with the neighborhood amenities located within 0.4 miles: the community swimming pool, fitness center, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts, and a putting green. Parking at the house fits 2 to 3 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Blue Mountain Beach takes its name from the Blue Lupine that blankets the dunes, and at 65 feet it is the highest point in the county. The neighborhood is full of Olde Florida cottage style homes and sits within walking distance of local favorites like Mimmo's Kitchen, Coffee Shoppe at 30A, 30A Thai Cuisine, Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery. Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub and Redd's Fueling Station are close by as well. Nearby Big Redfish Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, is ideal for paddleboarding, canoeing, bird watching and wildlife viewing, and the Timpoochee Trail runs 19 miles for walking and biking.

Guests must be 25 or older to book. No smoking. Cancellation is allowed up to 30 days prior to check in. Sheets and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, so bring your own spices and food. A starter set of basic essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps, and depending on the length of your stay you may need more. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. A pet fee of $300 is required post-booking to bring pets, but covers up to two dogs.
