Gîte La Cerisaie welcomes you to Saint-Prix in the Ardèche. This 75 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen with both capsule and filter coffee makers. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available, as well as a private barbecue. For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are provided. The private sauna by the pool fits 2 people and offers mountain views.
Enjoy the covered private terrace next to the kitchen, overlooking a large shared garden with various seating areas and a communal table tennis table. There is also an outdoor shower. The shared mosaic-tiled pool measures 9x4 m, up to 1.80 m deep, and is accessible all day.
There is ample free parking in front of the house. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. The house is intended for 4 guests; extra visitors only after consultation with the hosts. Parties are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum and do not use radios or similar devices in the garden, as the house is in a quiet village.
The hosts live on the property but not in the rented house. The gîte is in a small village with views of the church and surrounding hills, ideal for those seeking peace, hikers, and cyclists. The famous Dolce Via trail is just 100 m away. In Lamastre, 8 km away, you will find a supermarket, butcher, bakery, and cafés with terraces.
