As you enter the home, a central hallway connects the three bedrooms before opening into the main living area at the rear. All three bedrooms are spacious and feature built-in wardrobes, giving guests plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The main bedroom features a comfortable king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a double bed. The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The property features a modern main bathroom along with a separate toilet, an especially convenient arrangement for families and groups travelling together.

Continue along the hallway and the home opens into its impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. This is the heart of the property and one of its standout features. Continue across the river and Hobart`s CBD is approximately 15 minutes away, where you can explore Salamanca, Battery Point, the waterfront and the city`s restaurants, bars and attractions.
Hobart Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, making the home a convenient option for guests flying into Tasmania.

Bellerive is approximately a 10-minute drive, Hobart CBD approximately 15 minutes and Hobart Airport around 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Having your own vehicle is recommended if you plan to explore beyond the immediate area.

Heating: The main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is fitted with a large 5kW reverse-cycle heat pump, providing efficient heating and cooling throughout the main living spaces.
The king and queen bedrooms are fitted with electric blankets for additional warmth during Hobart`s cooler months. Portable heaters are also available at the property for additional bedroom heating when required.

The backyard has a gentle slope, so guests should take appropriate care when using the outdoor area. The private deck features outdoor furniture, dining facilities and a BBQ for guest use.

The property is located in a residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Bin night is Sunday night. Guests are responsible for walking the bins out to the road.
