About this apartment rental

This cosy holiday flat is situated right next to the Filzstein lifts, making it the ideal base for skiers. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the cosy conservatory with its dining area, whose large windows offer a fantastic panoramic view and plenty of natural light. The adjoining sun terrace makes the accommodation a perfect place for a holiday with family or friends, even outside the winter season.

In summer, the peaceful surroundings are perfect for relaxing. At the same time, there are numerous nearby attractions such as the Königsleitner Yodelling Trail, the Mega Flying Fox, the Mega Swing, white-water tubing and the high ropes course – all of which are well worth setting aside some time for.

Note on access: The path to the house is steep. The road is cleared regularly in winter (without the use of grit), which is why we strongly recommend bringing snow chains during the winter months.
