About this apartment rental
This fully equipped, basement level unit has 1 bedroom + office (+ additional full size bed). In-floor heat keeps the space cozy year round. You'll be just blocks from beautiful Lake Washington where you can enjoy a swim, a run or a picnic. Guests have dedicated driveway parking. Downtown is 15min by car or opt for nearby public transit options.
This is a cozy & convenient way to stay. Enjoy miles of waterfront, local cafes or a walk in Seward Park for the best Mt. Rainier gazing in the city.
The space
This newly remodeled space is surrounded by gardens in a quaint lakeside neighborhood. The main home is on the top floor which I access via front or side entrance. This unit has its own private entryway with an electronic code lock. Enter through a gate right in front of the driveway, go through the red arbor and vining clematis til you see a set of stairs down to the white windowed apartment door entry. Here your entry code will let you into the space.
The unit was just remodeled in summer 2022 and has a light, clean and modern feel with plenty of space to work and rest and settle into as your home base. In-floor radiant heating keeps the space cozy year round and a large closet provides room for all your belongings.
High quality mattresses, sheets and bedding ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
Guest access
This unit contains all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. You'll also have access to laundry, a patio and fire pit. Please let me know in advance if you're interested in having a fire or using the grill and I can supply you with wood and the other tools you might need.

I live on the main floor of the home so you may see or hear me come and go periodically. My goals is to provide guests space and privacy so we may not even cross paths, however please don't hesitate to reach out with any requests.
