Perched on top of a rolling hill amongst the gorgeous Wasatch Mountains, this beautiful home is the perfect place in Utah for a getaway. Overlooking Bear Lake, the view is unbeatable! Spend your summers jet skiing and water skiing on the lake, getting world-famous raspberry milkshakes at Le Beau's, horseback riding, playing nine holes at the golf course next door, and hiking through the spectacular national forest. In the winter, Beaver Mountain is a short drive away for the best ski slopes in northern Utah. Hodge's Canyon ATV/SxS trail is just down the road, so bring or rent a fun toy to take on the trailhead.
Inside the home, you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light thanks to the 180-degree window views of the lake. A fun game room in the basement equipped with a pool table, a 75-inch TV, and air hockey will ensure memories will be made that will last a lifetime. Curl up by the grand stone fireplace with a good book or for a movie night on the large TV. The open floor concept promotes togetherness and no conversation will be missed, whether you're in the living area, dining area, or the kitchen. Cook grand meals or beach picnic snacks in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar.
