Welcome to the Village Farmhouse in Preston, a stunning, spacious and beautifully designed home at the gateway to the Cotswolds. Sleeping six, it is ideal for families, friends including guests traveling with a dog.

Arriving at the property, the private driveway provides plenty of parking for four cars. Step through the front door into a welcoming, spacious hallway with high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

On the right is a convenient WC, with a lovely study/sitting room just beyond, with a dedicated workspace. This bright space has a large window overlooking the front garden and is perfect for reading, working or simply relaxing.

The hallway leads into the modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The large dining table comfortably seats six, while the kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing stay, oven & hob, including a dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso machine.

Off the kitchen is the glorious main sitting room. With large windows, plenty of natural light, comfortable seating for six, a Smart TV with Fire Stick and a cosy log-burning fire, it is a wonderful space to unwind after a day exploring the Cotswolds.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The house comfortably sleeps six across three spacious bedrooms.

On the first floor, you'll find a large family bathroom featuring a beautiful roll-top bath, walk-in shower with two shower heads and a vanity unit.

The spacious king-size bedroom on this floor has a large armchair, desk, plenty of storage, books and games, and lots of natural light.

Up the second flight of stairs is another family bathroom with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Across the hallway is the twin bedroom, with two comfortable single beds, chest of drawers and large windows overlooking the surrounding area.

Further along the hallway is the second king-size bedroom, complete with plenty of storage, a walk-in wardrobe and a stylish en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and basin. Large windows overlook the beautiful garden.

The Garden

The huge, enclosed rear garden is a real highlight of the property. There is plenty of space for children to play football, enjoy the sunshine or simply relax outdoors. It is also fully dog-proofed, giving your four-legged friend plenty of room to roam safely.

Outside, you'll find a dining table and chairs for six, along with a charcoal barbecue. Please bring your own charcoal if you would like to barbecue.

Other information

One dog is welcome for an additional £30 per stay. Please provide details at time of booking so we can confirm suitability for the property.

Please, no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

Cot & high chair are available on request at time of booking, for an additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot)

Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to give you access to the accommodation sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the whole property.

The property is managed by Pass the Keys® Cotswolds, led by Tim and supported by a locally based team here in the Cotswolds. They are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay!

The team have many years experience in managing listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
