The townhouse currently accommodates up to 4 guests:
Upstairs bedroom: A bright and inviting double bedroom with a comfortable bed, adjoining private terrace and an en-suite bathroom. With its richer colours and soft furnishings, it's a warm and relaxing retreat at the end of the day.
Living room: The large, comfortable sofa converts into a double sofa bed, providing sleeping space for two additional guests.
The sleeping arrangement makes the house ideal for two couples, a small family or friends travelling together.

The living room is the heart of this historic townhouse, full of original character and charm.
You'll find traditional tiled flooring, charmingly uneven windows and beautiful areas of exposed basalt-black stone, alongside stylish new furniture designed for comfortable modern living.
Relax on the large sofa after a day of exploring, which converts into a comfortable double bed at night, or gather around the dining table for a relaxed meal.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner at home.
With bakeries, markets and restaurants right on your doorstep, you'll also have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the wonderful local food and wine without having to travel far.

The townhouse has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub serving the upstairs bedroom, plus a second bathroom with a shower.

One of the home's highlights is its private second-floor terrace—a peaceful little oasis tucked away in the middle of the historic town centre.
With comfortable seating, atmospheric lighting and lush planting, it's the perfect place for a morning coffee and fresh croissants, a leisurely lunch or an evening glass of French wine.

Lose yourself among the cobbled streets and centuries of history of Agde before returning to the comfort of your private retreat.
The Mediterranean beaches are approximately 4 km away, perfect for sunny days by the sea. The picturesque banks of the River Hérault are also nearby, offering peaceful walks and beautiful sunset views.
During the summer months, Agde comes alive with open-air concerts, riverside festivals, cultural celebrations and evening performances, making it a wonderful time to experience the atmosphere of the South of France.
Good to Know Before Booking
No air conditioning: The house does not have air conditioning, but electric fans are provided to help keep you comfortable.
Three-storey townhouse: The property is spread across three floors and has steep, characterful staircases. It may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Historic centre access: The house is located in the heart of the old town, where the streets are narrow and full of historic charm. You can drive to the property to unload luggage, although access can be a little challenging.
Parking: Convenient parking is available approximately 10 minutes' walk from the house.
Please note the fireplace visible at the pictures is decommissioned.
