*Unit Access*
This is a duplex, and you will be staying in the lower-level unit only. You’ll have full access to the lower floor and back patio and back yard, and you will use the walking path on the left side of the home to access the lower unit. The upper-level unit is completely separate and may be occupied during your stay.
*Privacy and Shared Areas*
While the two units do not share any indoor spaces and there is no access between them, you may occasionally see or hear guests from the other unit. We ask that all guests are respectful of each other’s space. You will have access to the back yard, while the upper-level unit has access to the front yard only.
*Parking*
You may park up to two vehicles on the right side of the driveway. The left side of the driveway is reserved for guests in the upper unit. The garage is not available for use.
**Additional Important Details**
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.
