This luxurious country house is located on a beautiful estate in Twente, Overijssel, and offers plenty of space and comfort for a stay with up to 20 people. You have a spacious private garden, a large terrace with garden furniture and an atmospheric living room with fireplace. From both the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the garden.



The spacious living room is atmospherically furnished and equipped with its own fireplace and flat-screen TV. The large kitchen is equipped with all amenities and features an oven, microwave, induction hob and two dishwashers. From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and back garden via French doors. Thanks to the spacious layout, the kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for a large group. Adjacent to this is a separate storage room with a washing and drying combination.



The country house has ten luxury double bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single box spring beds and has plenty of storage space in the form of a wardrobe or hanging wardrobe. In total there are twenty sleeping places.



There are as many as eight modern bathrooms, so you have sufficient sanitary facilities with a large group. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower or walk-in shower, washbasin and large mirror. One bathroom is extra luxuriously fitted with its own bath and one bathroom has a changing area. In addition, there is a separate toilet.



Outside you can fully enjoy the spacious, green garden and the terrace with garden furniture. At Landgoed 't Borghuis you can optionally book a Finnish kota with hot tub for €150 per stay, excluding wood consumption. The Finnish kota is a cosy hut and an atmospheric place to gather, socialise and enjoy long evenings. In the hot tub you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.



There is plenty to do for families and children too. In the garden there is a trampoline and on the estate you will find various play facilities, including a playground with an air trampoline, swings, a seesaw, a table tennis table and a football game. In addition, there is a bird's nest swing, a climbing course with stepping stones and a shared covered play room with, amongst other things, air hockey, pool billiards, a table tennis table and a slide for the little ones. You can also use scooters, bicycles and go-karts free of charge.



Bed linen can also be booked at Landgoed 't Borghuis. The cost for this is € 20.50 per person per stay.



This country house is therefore a comfortable and luxurious accommodation for larger groups who want to enjoy peace, space and the beautiful surroundings of Twente together. Pets are not allowed and smoking in the accommodation is prohibited. Youth and noisy groups are not allowed.
