The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Briançon, featuring mountain views and Wi-Fi. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
A beautiful, fully renovated house spread over three levels (two storeys), measuring 120 m², and very well equipped, situated in an idyllic, peaceful and natural setting.
A small, south-facing garden adjoining the house, in a quiet location.
High-speed internet (fibre optic), large-screen TV with Netflix.
In the small hamlet of Pont de Cervières, just a stone’s throw from Briançon town centre, a beautiful and comfortable country house, tastefully and fully renovated, set in lush green surroundings.
Ground floor:
- Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a large-screen TV (the wood-burning stove is not available for guests’ use).
- Lovely dining area in the living room
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, etc.)
- Separate toilet
First floor:
- Bedroom with a queen-size (160x200) memory foam mattress
- Bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to form a 160x200 bed (on request at the time of booking)
- Bathroom (walk-in shower + bath + toilet)
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
Top floor:
- Master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) (new mattress)
- Shower room (walk-in shower) with washbasin & toilet
Outside:
- A 100 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Bicycle storage room can hold up to 3 bikes
The house is ideally situated in Briançon, in a very pleasant setting.
It enjoys a little patch of unspoilt countryside bordered by a wooden fence that looks out onto the neighbours’ trees, creating a real green oasis on fine days.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… just 2 km from the house, less than 6 minutes’ drive away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
You are only permitted to stop to load or unload vehicles (parking in front of the house is not permitted). There are parking spaces nearby on Chemin du Pont Baldy.
A free bus service runs to the ski lifts at the bottom of Chemin du Pont Baldy.

- Briançon railway station:
* 9 minutes’ walk
* 7 minutes by bus (lines 1 or 3)
