Across four incredible levels, there's room for everyone to gather around the dinner table, challenge each other to games, watch movies, soak under the stars and make memories together—plus plenty of spaces to spread out when everyone needs a little downtime.

Start the morning with coffee and views of the Continental Divide and Winter Park Resort while the kids sleep in. Spend the day skiing, hiking, biking or exploring Winter Park. At the end of a ski day, leave everyone's skis and boards in your private locker at the base of Winter Park Resort instead of hauling the whole family's gear home.

Back at the house, the kids can head to the game room or heated garage while the adults relax by the fire. Gather everyone for dinner, settle in for a family movie night, unwind in the Nordic sauna, soak in one of TWO private hot tubs, or head to the rooftop decks for drinks, conversation and Colorado stars.

The bunk room features two Full-over-Full bunk beds, making this an especially fun level for kids, teens or a family to claim as their own.

And there's more next door. The heated garage doubles as another game room with basketball, darts, cornhole and ping pong—giving kids and adults plenty to do even when the weather keeps everyone inside.
