Expansive outdoor areas offer plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view, while the large property sets the stage for lawn games, basketball, or backyard swimming. A gas grill is provided for summertime cookouts. Enjoy the beach fires and s’mores at the beautiful beach fireplace. Fantastic community features include multiple sports courts (pickle ball, tennis, basketball) and a boat ramp, which you can access during your stay.
The beautiful home is part of the exclusive Eden Ranch HOA which limits occupancy to 18 people at any time and has strict quiet hours of 10PM to 8AM. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is the home for you.
