The living area features a comfortable sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, dining space, and plenty of natural light. The full kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for preparing meals at home.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed. The living-room sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping space.
Both bathrooms have spa-style finishes, while the in-unit washer and dryer make the apartment especially convenient for longer stays.

The apartment is in a residential building, so guests can expect normal neighborhood and shared-building activity.
The sleeping arrangement is two private bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is not a separate bedroom.

While the layout and amenities remain the same, furniture, décor, and color accents may vary slightly from the listing photos as we periodically update individual pieces to keep the apartment fresh and well maintained.

•Only registered and announced guests are permitted.
•Quiet hours are 11 PM–8 AM.
•Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, common areas, rooftop, or outdoor spaces.
•Pets require prior approval.
•Early check-in and late checkout are available upon request and subject to availability.
•A $40 late-arrival fee applies to check-ins outside normal hours.
•Please remove shoes indoors and treat the apartment and shared spaces with care.
•Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply when necessary.
