Welcome to Villa Sincera, a spacious and charming holiday home with a private pool for 6 guests, located in the enchanting Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon – one of the most beautiful regions in southern France. Nestled in the idyllic hamlet of Les Baups, near the village of Villars, this is the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields, and the distinctive landscape of Provence.
The house can also be rented for up to 8 people with a 20% surcharge.

The interior of this holiday villa radiates warmth and coziness. The house is remarkably spacious and tastefully decorated, making you feel at home right away. Next to the pool, there’s a separate studio with a quality sofa bed for two, an extra toilet, and a modern bathroom with two showers – perfect for those who enjoy a bit more comfort. The veranda is especially pleasant in spring and autumn: a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine, soft light, and peace.

The villa is set on a private estate of 1,200 m², where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the fresh air. The private pool (8 by 4 metres) is perfect for cooling off on hot days, while several terraces around the house offer ideal spots for breakfast in the morning sun or dining under the stars at night. The renovated summer kitchen completes the outdoor living experience, offering everything you need to enjoy the southern lifestyle. Everything here breathes the spirit of Provence, from the scent of rosemary to the soft chirping of crickets at dusk.

Children under the age of 7 or who cannot swim are not permitted for safety reasons.
