## Space

Beachside Nomad is a minimalist, 15m² ground-floor studio on a single story, in a building of six floors overall. The studio is set up for 1 guest as the owner's preference, though it can be booked for 2 adults sharing the loft bed.

Everything is within view as soon as you step in. A loft bed with a double mattress (140x200) is reached by a short staircase near the kitchen, and underneath it sits a dedicated desk, ready whenever you need to work. At the back of the studio, a kitchenette covers the basics, and next to it a bathroom has a shower and toilet.

It's a small, uncluttered base to work from by day, with the beach right on your doorstep for the evening.

##Access

The entire studio is yours during your stay.

➤ Beachside Nomad works well for one guest working remotely, or a couple happy to share the loft bed. The bed is reached by a short staircase, so this studio is not suitable for children or infants.

##Neighborhood

Armação de Pêra is a lively former fishing village on the Algarve coast, and fishing is still part of daily life here: boats go out from the beach each morning and come back with the day's catch by evening. Beachside Nomad sits just steps from the sand, with a promenade of cafés and restaurants running right along the beach front.

The beach in front of the old fort, sometimes called Praia da Fortaleza, is right outside the door, and the eastern stretch of town is still home to the fishing boats that give the beach its other name, Praia dos Pescadores. A pharmacy, a bank, and several restaurants are within easy walking distance, and for groceries, Lidl, Continente, and Pingo Doce all have full-sized stores in the village.

For a day out, the sea caves and cliffs of Benagil are within easy reach by car, around 20 minutes based on online route estimates. Albufeira, with more shops and restaurants, is around 20 minutes by car as well.

##Transit

A car is recommended for exploring beyond Armação de Pêra, though the village itself is walkable. Faro Airport is around 35 to 40 minutes by car based on online route estimates. Public transport to Faro is limited, with bus journeys taking well over an hour.
