Ideal for couples, small families, business travellers, and longer stays.

The kitchen is equipped with essentials for preparing and enjoying simple meals, with a dining area for guests.

The private bathroom is prepared with fresh towels and essential toiletries, along with a complimentary guest amenity kit.

For added convenience, an in-unit washer-dryer and laundry supplies are also provided—especially useful for longer stays.

Compact yet complete, The Clover is designed to give couples, small families, friends, solo travellers, and business guests a comfortable and practical home base near Mall of Asia.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Shore 2 Residences is a residential condominium. All staying guests must be properly registered before arrival and are required to follow the condominium’s House Rules and Regulations.

Only registered guests may stay in the unit. Maximum occupancy is strictly observed and includes infants and children.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION

• Easy access to Grab, JoyRide, and Move It ride-hailing services
• Jeepneys and other public transportation are available nearby for convenient local travel
• Accessible for GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Lalamove deliveries
• Alfamart convenience store — approximately 3-minute walk
• Starbucks — approximately 4-minute walk
• Shore Eats — approximately 4-minute walk

OPTIONAL SERVICES & SURCHARGES

• Early Check-in: ₱500 — from 1:00 PM, subject to availability
• Late Check-in Assistance: ₱350 — only when the required Guest Registration Form is NOT submitted on time and onsite staff must physically assist with check-in after 8:00 PM
• NOTE: late check-in fee for guests arriving after 8:00 PM who have completed registration and can use self check-in
• Late Check-out: ₱500 — until 1:00 PM, subject to availability
• Additional Guest: ₱500 per guest beyond 3 guests, up to the maximum occupancy of 4 guests

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

The queen-bed sleeping area is separated from the living space by a partition rather than being a traditional fully enclosed bedroom. Please review the listing photos for the exact layout.

The sofa bed is used as the additional sleeping space for the 3rd and 4th registered guests.

SWIMMING POOL

Pool access is optional and subject to Shore 2 Residences’ rules, schedules, availability, and guest registration requirements.

Current guest pool fees are:

₱150 per guest per day on regular days
₱300 per guest per day during holidays

Applicable pool fees are paid directly to the Property Management Office before using the facility.

PARKING

Paid parking is available separately from the accommodation rate and remains subject to availability and the current rates of the parking operator/property management.

PETS

Pets are not permitted inside Shore 2 Residences.

LAUNDRY

An in-unit washer-dryer is provided for guest use. Clotheslines or laundry drying equipment that are visible from outside the property are not permitted under condominium rules.

HOUSE RULES

Guests are required to comply with Shore 2 Residences’ House Rules and Regulations. Any penalties resulting from guest violations may be charged accordingly.

HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE

Shore 2 Residences is a residential condominium and not a hotel. In-unit housekeeping, maintenance, and guest concerns are handled by Maple & Co. Stays rather than the condominium Property Management Office.

SECURITY

Security cameras are present in common and exterior areas of the condominium for building security. There are no cameras inside the unit.
