Getting to and from Tortuga Bay is remarkably effortless. Located just 20 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) along a direct highway route to the beach, arriving at your vacation home is stress-free. Through our dedicated 5-star Concierge, all transportation is seamless from the moment you exit the Airport. Arrange a luxury SUV to transport you and your group to the Resort Complex and enjoy ice cold beer or water during your transfer. You are situated only half a mile from a 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, 2 miles from the world-class Puerto Los Cabos Marina, and minutes away from premier surfing, fishing, and boating spots. On-site titled parking and garage spaces are provided.

- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve a relaxed, family-oriented environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter. The maximum capacity of the property is strictly 6 guests.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.

- Condo Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site.

- Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax



Construction Notice: A phase of the development is currently under completion within the community.. Construction activities are managed by third parties and are outside of our control. Community regulations restrict construction hours to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon to Fri) and 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Sat. only), and to date, we have not received any guest complaints related to the construction. We simply wish to make you aware of this information before confirming your reservation, as we believe in being completely transparent with our guests. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Los Cabos is a rapidly growing destination, and development throughout the region is ongoing. While we are always transparent and disclose any known nearby construction at the time of booking whenever possible, new construction or renovation projects may begin after a reservation is confirmed and are outside of our control. As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
