We're excited to now make this beloved 30A home available to Vrbo families, too!

We’re a local 30A family of six, and we’ve traveled enough with kids to know that the little things matter. So we’ve filled this home with the things that make a family vacation easier—from two Pack ‘n Plays and a changing table to bikes, a double bike trailer, a golf cart, all beach gear, kids’ dishes, sound machines and a private heated pool.

Beach chairs, umbrella/canopy, wagon, backpack cooler, Bluetooth speaker, beach towels and sand toys are all provided.

BABY + TODDLER GEAR
Two Pack ’n Plays, a changing table, high chair, baby gate, step stool and sound machines are ready when you arrive.

A BUNK ROOM MADE FOR KIDS
Four full-size beds, each with its own TV, plus games, toys, costumes, books, a LEGO table and plenty of room for kids to make themselves at home.

Our single-story home (no stairs) includes thoughtful family-friendly safety features so parents can relax a little more while the kids explore.

The Family-Friendly Area:

• 5 min golf cart ride to one of the top public beach accesses on 30A (plenty of space, restrooms, gorgeous turquoise water), or walk to the beach in 10 minutes.

• 3 min walk (1 min golf cart ride) to 30Avenue Shopping Center with plenty of restaurants & shops

• 3 min golf cart ride to the start of scenic Hwy. 30A

• 10 min walk (5 min ride) to Rosemary Beach

Inside The Home:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, & large walk-in closet that includes a pack-n-play, changing table, sound machine, and baby gate (if desired). En-suite bath with large walk-in accessible shower, double sinks, & second closet with built-in shelving.

• Bedroom 2: King Bed, closet with built-in shelving, Smart TV, luggage rack, pack n play

• Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): A set of L-shaped bunk beds. Four full-size beds total. Smart TV in each bunk (4 TVs total). HDMI setup for gaming systems. Lego table with legos inside, football toss game, toys, & books. Closet with built-in shelving and costumes for dress-up.

• Hall Bathroom: Tub/shower combo. Double sinks. Step stool for kids.

• Hallway Puzzle/Game Nook: stocked with lots of puzzles and board games

• Fully Equipped, Clean Kitchen:
- Large Farmhouse Sink with dish soap incl.
