Wintersmith Retreat is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath paradise designed for relaxation. The house is walking distance to Wintersmith Park, Four queen beds and one twin along with a futon can accommodate 9 people. Enjoy spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen and tranquil bedrooms. Step outside to a private backyard with a dining table under a pergola with outside fan, Joke, tell stories or simply lounge around the outdoor living space and firepit table. At Wintersmith Park you can hike, jog, fish, play disc-golf or basketball. Their pool is open from May to Sept.

The four bedrooms all have quality foam mattresses, smart TVs, sound machine and USB ports and plug on the night stands. Wake up refreshed with provided coffee (and filters) to take on the day!

Additional highlights include high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected or work remotely. A laundry room with washer & dryer (Laundry soap provided) . We also have a water-softener for Ada's hard water.

RELAX! In the plush 14 foot lounger in front of a very large smart TV. Visit, read, or play provided board games in the family room, that offers direct patio access. You can turn on the inside or outside fireplace during the winter months.

Cook in the fully-equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table for laughs and making memories. Or BBQ on the outside grill and eat at the additional dining table under the fanned pergola.

We provide all necessary linens, papers, garbage bags, soaps, shampoos, conditioners to get your party started. If we missed anything, there is Wal-Mart and Aldi nearby. We also provide dish soap and soap for the automatic dishwasher.

The two carports can accommodate 6 vehicles. This is an extremely safe neighborhood (across from the country club's golf course). Work vehicles can back into the carports for added security.

Owners note: When I enter a VRBO or a*bnb, I want it clean! I also want quality toilet paper, comfortable bedding and quality amenities such as soft water, soaps and shampoos and a little surprise that I wasn't expecting. We try our best to make you comfortable and happy during your stay with us. We love this house and hope you do as well.
