Modern, non-smoking, one-room apartment on the ground floor with sea views and a south-facing terrace.
The apartment is completely renovated and furnished in a very tasteful and modern style.
Living room: double bed (2m x 2m), two-seater sofa, armchair with footstool, dining table with three chairs. Separate, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom: shower/toilet. Ample closet space is available in the hallway.
Due to construction work for the new central bridge, beach chairs in the areas from Hafenstrand to beach section 3 will likely not be available until the second half of the 2024 season.

In addition, a new building will be constructed in the immediate vicinity of "Sandwall 1" during the 2024 season.
Noise disturbances may occur in connection with this construction.
