This unique three-bedroom house offers a rare combination of outdoor living and easy access to local amenities. With a large hot tub, private balcony, and BBQ area, you'll find plenty of space to relax after exploring the area on foot or by train or bus from the nearby stations. Hideaway hut is located in the rear garden and provides a unique chill out area for those needing a little time away or to decompress. Here you'll find sensory toys, games and books to entertain young and old, everyone needs a little chill out sometimes.
Bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a comfy kingsize bed with plenty of space for personal belongings.
A second double bedroom provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for two more guests.
The third bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together.
Bathrooms:
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate bath while a second downstairs loo is available for added convenience during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided as well as loo roll.
Living Area:

Kitchen:
Cook at your own pace with an American style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, double oven, five ring gas hob, microwave, air fryer and slower cooker. There is a washing machine and dishwasher (pods provided) to make cleanup easy, we also supply a washing up pack. Everything you need for preparing meals, including a family sized dining table.
Outdoor Space:
- Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air, with a relaxing cuppa. (Tea, coffee and sugar provided.)
- Relax in the large hot tub after a busy day
- This accomodation is not shared and there is a private hot tub

We want you to enjoy your stay as a family and that includes your pets if you wish to bring them along. Our rear outdoor area is completely secure and patio doors leading out make it easy for family pets to roam freely in and out. We proved poo bags and wipes for our outdoor area to ensure it is
Kept clean and safe for all to use. Doggy treats will of course be provided!

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10.30am. Children and infants are welcome, making this a great choice for families. No hen or stag parties. Smoke detectors are installed and a fire extinguisher and blanket is supplied for your safety.
