Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 69 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue de l’École de Médecine in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has two bathrooms, both with a shower.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
PLEASE NOTE RENOVATION WORKS ARE TAKING PLACE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE WORKS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE UNTIL 16 SEPTEMBER. SOME SCAFFOLDING MAY COVER THE WINDOWS AND OCCASIONAL DISTURBANCES COULD OCCUR DURING THE WEEKDAYS DURING WORKING HOURS. WE APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled between the Odéon theatre and the Luxembourg Gardens, this apartment sits in one of the most sought-after pockets of the 6th arrondissement. The surrounding streets capture Saint-Germain-des-Prés at its most characterful, with independent bookshops, art galleries, historic cafes and some of the best brasseries in Paris all within a short walk.
The Luxembourg Gardens themselves are just around the corner, perfect for a morning walk or an afternoon on the famous green chairs beneath the chestnuts. Notre-Dame and the Île de la Cité are reachable on foot in around fifteen minutes, as is the Musée de Cluny. For food shopping, Rue Mouffetard and its daily market stalls are a short walk through the Latin Quarter.
For transport, Odéon (lines 4 and 10) is just steps away, and Saint-Michel (lines 4 and 10) and Cluny-La Sorbonne (line 10) are both very close. The neighbourhood is also extremely walkable, with the Marais, the 1st arrondissement and Montparnasse all reachable on foot.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
