The washing machine is in the kitchen. In the evening, the sofa converts into a second bed for two.
The double bedroom is in the attic, furnished with a pine bed and wardrobe, plus a desk. The bathroom has a shower, oval mirror over the sink, and a bidet.
Wi-Fi and heating are included. The apartment is 48 square meters, on the first floor of a two-unit house. Windows and heating system are new.
