About this apartment rental
Welcome to Aollets 509, a warm mountain-style apartment ideally located at the foot of the slopes in Plagne Villages.
The property is currently undergoing renovation and will be fully ready for the winter season. The kitchen and flooring will be refurbished, while the bedding will be renewed with new sleeping arrangements.
The current photos were taken before completion of the renovation and are therefore non-contractual regarding the final layout and finishes.
The apartment will accommodate up to 10 guests and includes:
1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed;
1 bedroom with 3 raised single sleeping spaces measuring 90 x 200 cm;
1 upstairs sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed;
1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and an additional mezzanine providing extra sleeping space, bringing the apartment’s total capacity to 10 guests.
The living area retains a warm Alpine atmosphere with its many wood features. It includes a welcoming lounge, dining area and kitchen, which will be fully renovated before winter.
The living room opens onto a balcony with beautiful open mountain views.
The apartment also features two shower areas: one separate shower room and a second shower room with toilet. An additional separate toilet completes the layout.
Wi-Fi is available, and a ski locker is provided within the residence.
Bed linen and bath towels are included, and the beds will be made before your arrival.
No private parking space is included with the rental.
Pets are not allowed.
A security deposit will be required on the day of arrival in accordance with MCS Immobilier’s rental policy. It will be released after departure, once the apartment has been checked.
