To keep the home secure for everyone, I understand that if a physical backup key is provided during my stay, a $350 smart-lock rekeying and setup charge will apply if it isn`t returned at checkout.

Furnishings, décor, and amenities throughout the property are carefully curated to create a memorable experience for the guests. I understand that any missing, damaged, or removed items will be charged to the payment method on file at replacement cost, plus any associated labor, shipping, or restoration expenses.
