About this house rental
NEW listing on Fulton Beach Road with a 650` pier, community swimming pool and lush boardwalk feel! This very well kept 3/2 bath with two living areas is in the perfect location for your coastal vacation! The home is located in a boardwalk feel community and is just across the street from Aransas Bay with one of the longest piers and best fishing in Rockport! This open concept home has the primary bedroom on the first floor with a half bath, seating for 8, quaint back porch with a lovely view of the Bay! Perfect for that morning coffee or mimosa! The Pool area is a short walk and is the perfect setting for that afternoon BBQ!
- Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash dumpster located at the enterance of the community by HWY 35.
- Set the thermostat at whatever makes you comfortable (within reason), just return it at 76 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months. During winter months, please leave on 65.
- No Smoking or vaping in the home.
- Do not over fill washer or dryer. Please do not wash white towels with colors.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear, clothing or linens into the home. Rinse off in outdoor shower.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Please rinse off with fresh water all fishing equipment, ice chests, and any other items used in sand or salt water areas and return to storage area. ( extra cleaning fee will apply if not done min of $75)
-Please abide with all TPW (Texas Parks and Wildlife) Laws and regulations for use of water equipment and fishing gear.
Absolutely NO pets allowed. There is a $500 fine PER animal if seen at property.
