Welcome to The Vita & Vine. We created this beautifully renovated villa in honor of our Italian parents who valued family time above all else.

Located on the eastern shore of Canandaigua Lake, this four-bedroom home offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway, whether you’re planning a multigenerational family reunion or a special group celebration.

Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and a sun-drenched great room where you can gather around the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the big-screen TV. The open layout flows into a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, complete with a gas range, custom cabinetry, and a spacious island for meal prep or casual dining. You can also enjoy family meals at the large dining table while taking in a beautiful sunset.

If you’d rather relax and let someone else do the cooking, The Vita & Vine is less than ten miles from historic downtown Canandaigua, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and the New York Kitchen culinary center. The home is also less than 30 minutes from more than a dozen local wineries, craft breweries, and distilleries.
Known as “The Chosen Spot,” Canandaigua Lake is the jewel of the Finger Lakes and offers something for everyone. With 50 feet of level lakefront, you can walk down just three steps into the crystal-clear water for a swim or a float, or take one of our kayaks or the paddleboard out to explore the shoreline. If fishing is your passion, the brand-new dock is the perfect place to cast for lake trout, rainbow trout, brown trout, smallmouth bass, perch, and other sport fish. The Vita & Vine is also an ideal home base for exploring the area. It is just four miles south of the CMAC Performing Arts Center, seven miles from Roseland Waterpark, and ten miles from the historic Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park.
