Stay in a fully privatized apartment complex, ideally located in the heart of Colmar, within the Résidence du Champ de Mars. Perfect for family stays, with friends or in groups, you enjoy an entire floor offering comfort, independence and conviviality.



This unique accommodation corresponds to the privatization of several apartments on the same floor, guaranteeing you space and tranquility. Opening in December 2025, this complex was designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both tourist stays and group business trips.



You benefit from:

- 5 bedrooms in total, so 4 equipped with a 160x200cm bed and 1 with a 140x200cm bed

- 4 bathrooms with shower

- 4 equipped kitchens each including: Nespresso coffee machine, cooktop, microwave, mini refrigerator, kettle

🍴 Each accommodation has its own dining area, however there is no common space set up for meals.



The complex can accommodate up to 10 people in a comfortable and optimized setting. Bed linens and towels are provided, and cleaning is included to guarantee you a worry-free stay. Each bedroom is equipped with wifi connection and a TV.



📍 Located at 2 boulevard du Champ de Mars, the accommodation benefits from a privileged location:

- In the heart of historic Colmar

- 8 minutes walk from Petite Venise

- 13 minutes walk from the train station

You are in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.

A paid public parking lot (Parking RAPP) is accessible within less than 2 minutes walk.

Check-in is autonomous thanks to a key box.



⚠️ Important information



The residence is currently being finalized. Some common areas may still be under construction, with no impact on the accommodations themselves. Access to upper floors is by staircase only, with the elevator to be operational in December. The displayed prices take into account the ongoing work and the absence of an elevator.



📌 House Rules

🚭 This is a non-smoking accommodation. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs or any other device is strictly prohibited.

Any violation will result in a penalty of €250 for cleaning fees.

🛏️ Bed linens, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rate. This includes a complete cleaning of the accommodations and bathrooms.

🧹 You are responsible for: washing and putting away dishes, taking out the trash, emptying the refrigerator, tidying up the accommodations.

🧹 For any stay of 8 nights or more, mid-stay cleaning with linen change is included (excluding kitchen and dishes). The intervention day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified by email before your arrival. Service is non-refundable.

🐶 Pets are accepted upon request (under 15 kg, not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

📝 After booking, a digital contract and your ID will be requested via the Yaago platform, as well as the information necessary for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. In case of identity mismatch, access may be refused.
