Villa dei Tramonti is an exclusive seaside villa surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in Torre delle Stelle, in the beautiful Cann’e Sisa area. Its location offers spectacular views: from the three terraces, the sea and sky blend into one horizon, creating ever-changing scenery, especially at sunset.
The true highlight of the villa is the direct access to the sea. A staircase leads to a panoramic terrace just a few meters from the water, from which you can reach the sea via a private slide.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The main building includes two double bedrooms and one with bunk beds; the annex, with independent entrance, offers a double bedroom and a twin room. All double bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views.
You will have exclusive use of the villa and all outdoor spaces. Entry is via a covered driveway with 3 parking spaces, followed by a lit staircase leading to the residence.
Inside, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open-plan living area on two levels, a dining area with fireplace, and a comfortable lounge. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace furnished with a dining table and barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals and enjoying unforgettable sunsets.
A second, more secluded covered terrace is ideal for reading or working, while the outdoor shower is set in the lush garden. Going further down, you reach the sea-view terrace with sunbeds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, right up to the private slide for direct access to the water.
